Job Description

**Job Title:** Regional Facilities Director

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Facilities Director to oversee the management of a portfolio of commercial properties in the Surrey area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in facilities management, with a focus on hands-on management and project oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of multiple commercial properties, including facilities, maintenance, and tenant relations.
  • Supervise contracted services such as cleaning and security.
  • Handle ongoing projects, including refurbishments and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with on-site building managers and other stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar facilities management role.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple properties and teams.
  • Strong project management skills, particularly in handling refurbishments and emergency situations.
  • NEBOSH certification is an asset.
