Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special needs in a secondary school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to students in the classroom, focusing on their academic and personal development.
- Mentor students from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 4, promoting their social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans, ensuring students receive the support they need to succeed.
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social skills, emotional intelligence, and academic achievement.

Requirements:
