Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Search. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our teams and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve administrative systems and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including letters, emails, and reports.
  • Prepare and update staff company CVs, company credit card reports, and other records.
  • Provide hospitality at meetings and events.
  • Assist in company archiving, organizing company stationery, and performing weekly company van checks.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks to support the teams, such as travel requests and van logs.
Requirements
  • Educated to HNC/HND or Degree level, or with at least 5 years relevant office experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
  • Experience of diary management and good typing speed.

  • Excellent attention to detail and good numeracy skills.
  • Takes initiative and problem solves.
  • Takes responsibility/ownership of tasks.
  • Willing and eager to learn.
