Early Childhood Educator Position

At BACI, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our dynamic team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5, promoting their intellectual, physical, and emotional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement play-based learning programs and activities for infants and toddlers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our early years curriculum through observations and interactions with children.
- Maintain positive relationships and communication with families.
- Work with children requiring additional support in inclusive settings.
- Have practical experience working with children 0-5 years.
- Understand and commit to the principles of inclusion.
- Have good communication skills and the ability to work with families, professionals, and staff.
- Be able to understand and follow procedures.
- Have a working knowledge of computers.
Requirements:
- BC Early Childhood Education and Infant Toddler Certificate required.
- Special Needs Certificate preferred.
- First Aid, CPR, and TB test clearance required.
- Immunizations including COVID-19 vaccination need to be up to date.
- Clear BC Criminal Record Check.
