Purpose & Scope

As a Frontend Lead at Zen3 Infosolutions, you will play a pivotal role in bringing new ideas from our product team to life, while ensuring our existing frontend codebase remains well-maintained and future-proofed. This position focuses on crafting visually stunning layouts, intuitive user interfaces, and exceptional user experiences. You will create components and features that directly impact user engagement through the frontend of our website.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative user-facing features
  • Design and implement reusable code libraries for future use
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
  • Optimize our web applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Validate user input before submitting to our backend systems
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in frontend development with a strong portfolio
  • Proficiency in web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
  • Experience with server-side CSS pre-processing platforms like LESS and SASS
  • Knowledge of client-side scripting and popular JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
  • Familiarity with ReactJS, Angular, or KnockoutJS
  • Understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
  • Basic knowledge of server-side code, preferably .NET MVC or PHP
  • Basic image authoring skills, including cropping, resizing, and minor adjustments
  • Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions
  • Experience with code versioning tools like Git or SVN
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and ensuring our web applications adhere to them
  • Awareness of mobile best practices
  • Experience working in an Agile Sprint-based development environment

Education Qualifications & Experience

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven software development experience (5+ years)
