About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Lead to join our team at Zen3 Infosolutions. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the frontend development efforts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the frontend codebase, ensuring it is well-structured, modular, and scalable.
  • Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes into functional and visually appealing user interfaces.
  • Work closely with the backend team to ensure seamless integration and data validation.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in frontend development, with a focus on JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Proficiency in ReactJS, Angular, or similar frameworks.
  • Good understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
  • Experience with code versioning tools, such as Git or SVN.
  • Basic knowledge of server-side code, preferably.NET MVC or PHP.
  • Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of software development experience, with a focus on frontend development.
