We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at a 5-star venue in Hampshire. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience at our luxury country house hotel and spa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the Spa Wellness Cafe, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Ensure that all food and beverage standards are met, including food safety and health and safety protocols.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the hotel's management team to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Monitor and control costs, including inventory, labor, and supplies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and health and safety protocols.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
