About the Role:

We are representing an Independent School in their search for a SENCO. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SENCO to join a supportive and inclusive team, working with students with ASD and ADHD.

The school has recently undergone refurbishments, featuring a new Sensory room and Therapy hub for students to access when needed. The students are working towards the current curriculum or up to 2 years below, with the majority in the secondary unit.

As SENCO, you will play a key role in supporting students with their education, developing and implementing strategies to meet their individual needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and inclusive environment, ensuring the well-being of all students.

With our in-house expertise in SEND, we have a network of SEND schools across London, providing opportunities for growth and development in this field.

About the Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate SENCO who is experienced in working with students with complex needs. You should have a strong classroom management and be able to develop and implement strategies to meet individual student needs.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining open communication with staff, parents, and carers, ensuring a collaborative approach to supporting students.
