About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Support Worker to join our team in Swansea and Neath Port Talbot. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children aged 6-18 with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting children with complex needs in a short breaks service
  • Providing flexibility to pick up shifts when available and suitable for the service
  • Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
  • Adhering to personal care plans and strict health and safety practices
  • Building rapport and empowering children to reach their potential
  • Producing and maintaining accurate record keeping in accordance with GDPR
  • Providing a child-centred approach to care and support
