An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Senior Project Management Office Analyst to join our team at prosource.it. As a key member of our PMO team, you will play a vital role in supporting Project and Programme Managers in delivering projects using current project frameworks and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert support to Project and Programme Managers in project planning, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Prepare and analyze project reports to inform decision-making and optimize project delivery.
  • Ensure projects adhere to agreed stage gates and governance processes.
  • Provide guidance on project management tools and processes, ensuring seamless integration with project delivery frameworks.
  • Conduct quality reviews of project documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Contribute to the development of new PMO processes and procedures, driving continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior PMO Analyst, preferably in an IT environment.
  • Background in working within a structured Project Management Framework.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques, including MS Office, MS Project, and Power BI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Flexible and autonomous approach to work, with a 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to learn.
