Aircraft Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Planner to join our team at Coburg Banks Limited. As a key member of our Planning team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring production plans align with factory capacities and transport requirements, ensuring products reach customers on time and in full.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a thorough understanding of all processes on site to enable efficient planning and scheduling.
- Schedule daily work streams to deliver an achievable production and transportation plan, taking into account factory capacities and transport requirements.
- Issue daily, weekly, and monthly production plans, ensuring timely completion and dispatch of products.
- Proactively manage stocks and liaise with relevant departments to resolve any issues, ensuring seamless production and logistics.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and successfully launch new product lines, ensuring timely market availability.
- Liaise with production employees and logistics companies to ensure timely completion and dispatch of products, maintaining strong relationships and communication.
- Attend cross-functional meetings, deputizing for the Planning Manager as required, and feed back to the wider team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities. Intermediate MS Excel knowledge is essential, with a willingness to learn new IT systems. Some background in reporting and analysis is preferred, as is a responsible and accountable attitude, with a motivation for improvement. Self-motivation, confidence, and the ability to work independently are also essential, as is a good sense of humor and a flexible approach to work.
