Job Description

We are recruiting an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee our refurbishment projects in Cornwall, worth up to £2m. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading project planning, pre-construction engagement, and site setup.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Project planning and pre-construction engagement – setting time scales and ensuring compliance.
  2. Project mobilisation and site setup - programme, planning – safe and timely delivery.
  3. Continual communication, to successful completion and handover of projects – site teams and client liaison.

Required Skills:

  • A proven track record managing multiple projects up to £2m, including MoD, commercial, refurbishment, and heritage schemes.
  • NVQ 6/7 or Degree in a construction-related subject.
  • SMSTS, CSCS White / Black Card, full driving license.
  • Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS/security clearance.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills.
