Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Growth: Deliver outstanding service to families, ensuring sustainable growth and enhancing Explore's online reputation.
  • Education Delivery: Champion fearless learning, implementing interventions for ongoing progress and continuous improvement in the UK, 11+, and GCSE curricula.
  • Lead & Develop: Develop your team, providing coaching and support for enhanced performance and engagement.
  • Customer Experience: Build authentic relationships with families, ensuring meaningful interactions and tailored experiences.

Logistics:

Contract: Full-time, permanent contract working fully remotely.

Working Hours: Tuesday 11am - 8pm, Wednesday 11am - 8pm, Thursday 11am - 7pm, Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm, or Sunday 9am - 5pm, Monday 11am - 8pm.

Holidays: 28 annual days + 2 well-being and volunteer days. Increased holiday allowance for length of service.
