About the Role

As a Service Delivery Manager at Explore Learning, you will play a pivotal role in our business growth, education delivery, and customer experience. Your responsibilities will include delivering outstanding service to families, ensuring sustainable growth and enhancing Explore's online reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth: You will take individual accountability for the growth of your centre, adapt to specific needs, and make decisions supporting profitability, pioneering change and new initiatives.
  • Education Delivery: As an Education expert, you will embody Tutor Role Objectives, tailoring education offerings to meet families' goals. Your role involves championing fearless learning, implementing interventions for ongoing progress and continuous improvement in the UK, 11+, and GCSE curricula.
  • Lead & Develop: As a leader, you will actively develop your team, providing coaching and support for enhanced performance and engagement. Creating a welcoming online environment, you will encourage every team member's potential, proactively addressing challenges for the best outcomes.
  • Customer Experience: You will build authentic relationships with families, ensuring meaningful interactions and tailored experiences. Upholding consistent expectations, you will collaborate closely with other online managers for a seamless new member journey, prioritising children's wellbeing and development in all interactions.

  • Passion for Education: Can you demonstrate a genuine passion for business growth and education, with a proven track record in a goal-driven environment?
  • Strategic Decision-Maker: Capable of making informed decisions for families and the broader business.
  • Organisational Skills: Do you have strong organisational skills, enabling you to manage multiple responsibilities, work at pace, and prioritise effectively?
  • Exceptional Communicator: Clear, credible, and inspiring communicator, fostering positive interactions internally and with families.
  • Inspiring Leadership: Motivational approach to leading and developing others, creating a positive team environment.
  • Customer Focus: Are you someone who understands the importance of a customer-facing role and can give their full attention during working hours, particularly from 3-8pm, handling phone calls and Teams interactions effectively?
