About the Role

We are looking for a passionate foodie who has a strong background in restaurants, hotels, or fresh food gastro pubs. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a large team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a large team of staff in a high-end restaurant environment
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure excellent service and high-quality food
  • Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure the restaurant is operating within budget

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000, plus an 11k service charge paid weekly. You will also receive training programs, employee discounts, and 28 days paid holiday every year, which increases after 2 years. Additionally, you will be invited to social parties and events, and you will receive a complimentary 3-course meal for two people in one of our restaurants every year.
