About You

We are looking for a reliable and flexible individual with excellent maintenance skills to join our team as a Head of Maintenance. The successful candidate will have at least one trade skill and experience of working independently, as well as leading a team and supporting senior management with budget planning.

As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents and staff. This includes carrying out routine maintenance tasks, such as fixing leaky taps and repairing furniture, as well as supporting the General Manager with annual budget planning.

You should have a full UK driving licence, IT literacy, and GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent). A competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, is on offer to the successful candidate.
