Guest Services Supervisor

The Front Office Manager is a critical role within our hospitality team, responsible for leading the front desk and nights team to deliver exceptional guest service and uphold our company's high standards. As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role, inspiring and motivating your team to achieve excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk and nights team, ensuring seamless delivery of services and exceptional guest experiences
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement
- Collaborate with other managers and departments to drive business results and achieve company objectives
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
