We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Community teams at Greenstaff Medical. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. Your expertise in medication administration and patient care will be essential in delivering exceptional healthcare services to those in need.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing emotional support to individuals and their families.
- Providing enthusiastic and compassionate care, to contribute to an individual's physical and emotional wellbeing.
- Being motivated and recognizing the importance of your role in supporting a client with complex care needs.
- Being willing and eager to complete additional training, upskill, coach and mentor yourself.
- Providing practical support for individuals, such as helping with household tasks, personal care, and taking to appointments.
- Supporting and monitoring their healthcare needs, including administering medication.
- Safeguarding individuals and reporting any concerns.
- A minimum of 6 months' experience of being a Registered Nurse in Homecare or Community settings.
- Right to work in the UK.
- DBS Check on the Update Service.
- Proof of Mandatory Training.
- 2 x References.

- Acquired Brain Injuries experience.
- End-of-life Care experience.
- A full driving license and insurance on your vehicle for business use.
