At Stonewater, we are seeking a Procurement Business Partner to lead the delivery of procurement activities across the Innovation & People, Finance Governance & Assurance, and Customer Experience directorates.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in end-to-end sourcing exercises, with a strong understanding of public procurement regulations. They will also have a good working knowledge of the Public Contracts Regulations (2015) and the upcoming Procurement Act (2023).

The successful candidate will develop and deliver directorate-specific sourcing plans, taking ownership of high-volume tenders and ensuring compliance with internal governance and national regulations. They will also contribute to the implementation of a Continuous Improvement approach, using the latest industry guidance and sourcing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing exercises with minimal supervision
  • Develop and deliver directorate-specific sourcing plans
  • Ensure compliance with public procurement regulations
  • Contribute to the implementation of a Continuous Improvement approach

Requirements:

  • MCIPS qualification desirable
  • Extensive experience in procurement and sourcing
  • Strong understanding of public procurement regulations
