Quality Assurance Manager

Wood is seeking a Quality Manager / Lead to support the application of quality principles, systems, and measures across a program or project. The successful candidate will focus on improving delivery efficiency, customer satisfaction, and reducing potential risks and rework while complying with quality policy and standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with the Wood Business Management System and implement a structured assurance program to guarantee predictable delivery and continuous improvement.
- Engage with program/project leaders to present information and data to enable preventive interventions and drive fact-based decision-making.
- Lead a small quality team and apply quality principles, systems, and measures across a portfolio of projects.
- Meaningful and interesting projects delivered to leaders of industry across emerging energy sectors.

- Degree or diploma in Quality Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Lead Auditor qualification by a recognized industry body.
- Membership of CQI/ASQ Quality organizations, Project Management Institute, or equivalent.
- Formal training in recognized root cause analysis techniques.
- Comprehensive understanding of industry standards (ISO 9001, ISO 19011, and associated Wood Standards).
- Proficient in process analysis and data analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- High-level communication skills in both written and spoken formats.
- Proficient in continuous improvement tools and techniques.
