Specialty Doctor in Clinical Excellence

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Specialty Doctor to join our team at Medical Solutions. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to patients.
The role of Specialty Doctor is a crucial part of our multidisciplinary team, working closely with consultants, junior doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
We require a doctor with a minimum of four years of postgraduate experience, with at least two years in a relevant specialty. Previous experience working within the specific specialty of the role is essential. A recognized medical qualification allowing registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) in the UK, along with full GMC registration and a license to practice medicine, is also required.
This position offers a balance between hands-on clinical work and professional development, with opportunities for long-term career progression, including support for completing additional qualifications or specialty exams. The role may also offer opportunities for subspecialty training and senior roles within the specialty.
The successful candidate will have excellent clinical judgment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, leadership and management abilities, with a commitment to patient safety and quality care, are also essential.
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £58.80-£96.05 per hour, 45 – 50 hours per week. We also provide company pension, life insurance, on-site parking, referral programme, and the opportunity to work from home.
