Client Relations Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate individual to join our Customer Account Team as a Client Relations Assistant. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering our award-winning service to our customers, driving new business growth, and increasing retention for our AJ Bell product.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively and reactively engage with existing and prospective customers to drive new business growth and increase retention.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs grades A*-C (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively.
- Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and targets.
- Desirable: experience in financial services or a keen interest in the industry.
