Client Relations Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate individual to join our Customer Account Team as a Client Relations Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide proactive and reactive outreach to existing and prospective customers to drive new business growth and increase retention.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs grades A*-C (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to excellence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Competent IT skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, with minimal supervision.
