The role offers exposure to a diverse client base, including private and institutional investors, charities, and members of the legal profession.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver valuation advice across various property assets
  • Conduct formal Red Book valuations for financial accounting, tax planning, and strategic asset management
  • Support portfolio valuations for clients, including investors, developers, and landed estates
  • Offer consultancy advice on asset management and development appraisals
  • Stay up to date with local and national market trends
  • Built and maintain client relationships
  • Manage department databases and contribute to efficient project delivery
  • Evaluate timely and professional delivery of valuation reports

What We Are Looking For

  • Degree or masters degree in a relevant field
  • RICS qualified and a Registered Valuer
  • 12-24 months of practical experience in commercial property and valuations
  • Proven experience in conducting valuations with strong sector knowledge
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • A proactive and positive approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality professional advice
