**Office Duties**

Prepare correspondence in relation to these tasks; Attending meetings when required; Carrying out Land Registry searches; Gathering property data and official documents; Producing spreadsheets and illustrating diagrams; Amending documents and databases; Issuing invoices.

**Surveying Duties**
- Dealing with reasonable enquiries from clients and solicitors and such other duties as are required to assist the Directors and Managers of the Company in the performance of their duties.
- Carrying out the tasks and duties normally associated with those of an Assistant Valuer to include the carrying out and provision of advice and assistance in connection with the following:

- Arranging access to properties, the inspection and measurement of same, together with analysis of condition and floor areas of the property.
- Collection and analysis of comparable evidence, together with research and presentation of comparable evidence schedules (generally in Excel format)
- Preparation of draft Reports to include Valuation/Tribunal/Court/Expert Evidence
- Negotiation of related matters to include: 1. Residential: Leasehold Reform (lease extension and enfranchisement), Investment, Development and Tax purpose; 1. Commercial (to included lease renewal/rent reviews).

**General administration duties**:
Filing, phone calls, correspondence etc; Typing correspondence or other documentation

Copying documents; Keep records of activities.
