About the Role

We're looking for a talented Seasonal Makeup Artist to join our team at Trinny London. As a Seasonal Makeup Artist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, sharing your knowledge with each customer, and embodying the Trinny London brand and style.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct all types of services, including pre-booked appointments and walk-ups, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Deliver impeccable customer service, sharing your expertise with each customer.
  • Embody the Trinny London brand and style, priding yourself on knowing that your customers are returning back to you.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to achieve and exceed KPIs.
  • Work with our education and training team to continually offer best-in-class makeup advice and services.
  • Stay up to date with the latest skincare and makeup trends, improving your product knowledge and elevating your artistry.
  • Drive sales to reach daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Experience in a retail position, ideally within beauty or cosmetics.
  • Passionate about makeup and skincare.
  • Adaptable and confident in a fast-paced and high-pressured environment.
  • Positive and can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable and motivated by working towards and exceeding targets and KPIs.
  • Punctual and flexible to work retail hours, including bank holidays and weekends.
  • Personable with a customer-centric mindset.
