Role Summary

We're seeking a Seasonal Makeup Artist to join our UK-based team at Trinny London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing expert makeup advice, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct a variety of services, including pre-booked appointments and walk-ins, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Deliver impeccable customer service, sharing your knowledge with every customer to create a loyal following.
  • Embody Trinny London's brand and style, consistently delivering high-quality services that exceed customer expectations.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), thriving on the buzz of achieving your goals.
  • Collaborate with our education and training team to provide best-in-class makeup advice and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare and makeup trends, continually improving your product knowledge and artistry skills.
  • Contribute to driving sales to reach daily and monthly targets.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a retail environment, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
  • A passion for makeup and skincare.
  • Adaptability and confidence in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • A positive, can-do attitude.
  • Comfort and motivation in working towards and exceeding targets and KPIs.
  • Punctuality and flexibility to work retail hours, including bank holidays and weekends.
  • A personable, customer-centric mindset.
