Are you a skilled Continuous Improvement Manager looking to join a dynamic senior management team in a global pharmaceutical company? We are seeking an experienced professional to drive business performance excellence and lead high-impact continuous improvement projects.

About the Company

CK Group is one of the fastest-growing animal health companies in the UK, with state-of-the-art facilities near Woking. As part of our senior leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping our Continuous Improvement strategy and implementing business excellence tools and methods.

**Salary:** £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience + bonus and benefits package.

About the Role

As a Strategic Process Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading high-impact continuous improvement projects
  • Aadopting and rolling out various CI methods to identify opportunities for improvement and losses
  • Developing strategies as an internal consultant and developing short and long-term plans
  • Defining and standardising problem-solving methodologies and supporting implementation and development of staff
  • Serving as a coach to coordinate workshops and team training's, openly sharing guidance and technical expertise
  • Supervising on continuous improvement principles and Lean organisation principles
  • Guiding and supporting annual strategic project management process (building, scheduling, monitoring, closure)
About You

We are looking for a successful track record holder with skills and experience gained in a similar position(s), at a similar level, coupled with Pharmaceutical experience. You should have experience of project management and particularly lean or six sigma (Green belt minimum), plus evidence of tools and methods of continuous improvement, problem solving, root cause analysis. Strong leadership/team management skills and experience are essential, as well as a strategic thinker with the ability to influence at all levels. Collaborative and solutions-focused with a can-do attitude, creatively challenging the status quo to find new ways of working, making improvements to processes.
