About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Lead at The Disabilities Trust. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and support to our nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the quality of patient care and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our patients.
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of post-registration experience in a clinical setting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing priorities and demands.
