Join Aveda as a Retail Advisor and be part of a dynamic team that shares your passion for holistic beauty and sustainability.

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team at Harvey Nichols in Leeds. As an Aveda Retail Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing personalized consultations, and promoting our high-performance, botanically-based products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspirational and authentic customer service, educating and delighting customers about Aveda's products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create engaging in-store experiences, events, and visual merchandising displays.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Aveda's products, services, and brand values.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the store.

  • Experience styling with hot tools (desirable but not essential).

  • Flexible availability across days and hours.
