Aveda Beauty Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as an Aveda Beauty Advisor. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience for our clients.

About the Role

  • Provide personalized consultations and product recommendations to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible advice and guidance.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Aveda products and services, including their benefits and features.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging and effective visual merchandising displays and in-store events.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and skills.

Qualifications and Experience

  • No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and development opportunities.
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
  • Experience styling with hot tools is desirable but not essential.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
