Aveda Beauty Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as an Aveda Beauty Advisor. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on our products, and creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience.

About the Role

  • Provide personalized consultations to customers, recommending products and services that meet their individual needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including ingredients, benefits, and usage.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting store environment.

  • You will have a passion for people and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
  • You will be able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise, with experience styling with hot tools an advantage.
  • You will be able to work flexibly across days and hours, with a focus on maintaining a good work-life balance.
  • You will be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, with a friendly and approachable personality.

Qualifications

  • Able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
  • Experience styling with hot tools (desirable but not essential).
  • A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • An approachable and friendly personality.
  • Confidence in speaking to customers, getting to know them, and understanding their needs to best cater to them.
  • Flexible availability across days/hours.
  • While preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who are able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
