SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team, supporting students with Global Developmental Delay in a mainstream-style education setting. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with teachers to deliver inclusive lessons and provide one-on-one and small group support to foster academic growth and confidence.
Your role will involve implementing and assisting with personalised learning plans, creating a positive classroom environment, and engaging with parents to support students' overall development. If you have a kind and nurturing approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting students with Global Developmental Delay, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities- Implement and assist with personalised learning plans for students with Global Developmental Delay.
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons and strategies that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Offer one-on-one and small group support to help students achieve their learning goals, build confidence, and develop essential skills.
- Competitive salary of £85-£100 per day, commensurate with experience.
