**About the Role**

This temporary position involves working with individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Special Education Support Professional, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve their full potential.

**Key Responsibilities**

Your duties will include:

  • Providing support to students with SEND, promoting independence and inclusion in all aspects of school life.
  • Collaborating with teaching staff to develop and implement tailored educational plans.
  • Assisting with classroom activities, adapting materials to meet individual needs.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to teachers and parents.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification in health and social care, special education, or a related field (minimum Level 3).
  • Additional training in behaviour management, de-escalation techniques, or other relevant areas.
  • The ability to work flexibly, as part of a collaborative team.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality support, prioritizing student well-being and achievement.
