We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Administrator to join our team at Lantra. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize quality assurance activities for our training providers
  • Ensure providers comply with our quality standards
  • Monitor Assessors and External Quality Assessors (EQAs) to ensure they work in line with our quality assurance strategy
  • Coordinate validation activities, process reports, and support standardization sessions
  • Monitor the performance of Assessors and EQAs
Requirements
  • Understanding of ISO processes related to quality assurance
  • Understanding of contractual processes and ability to produce reports
  • Ability to convey simple numerical information tailored to different audiences
  • Ability to maintain quality systems processes and maintain document audit trails
  • Ability to think proactively
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, specifically Word and Excel, with ability to develop and maintain spreadsheets
  • A high standard of written and oral communication
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize and deliver to deadlines

  • A commitment to delivering to high standards
