Private Client Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team in Norfolk. As a key member of our Private Client department, you will be responsible for leading a team of solicitors and support staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of solicitors and support staff in delivering high-quality legal services to clients.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services to clients, including wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Private Client department.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in dealing with private client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts.
  • Strong technical knowledge in all areas of private client work.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
