**About the Role**

We are looking for a skilled Office Administrator - Mortgage Team to join our successful mortgage brokerage in Essex. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a brokering firm and knowledge of the mortgage process.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Deal with incoming calls, emails, post, and voicemails
  • Liaise with various parties to progress mortgage applications
  • Ensure customer service database is up-to-date and accurate
  • Keep clients informed about application status
  • Input cases into our system, following compliance policies

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in the mortgage industry essential
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Positive attitude with ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work under pressure and problem solve
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
