Job Title: Part-time Evening Waiter

We are seeking a part-time Evening Waiter to join our team at a vibrant central London Bar & Restaurant. As a key member of our evening team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage tables and ensure a smooth service flow, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 4 shifts (32 hours per week) between 3pm/4pm pm/12.30am, including weekends.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
