Job Title: Evening Server

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Evening Server to join our team at Novotel London West Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm welcome to guests and make recommendations from the menu and drinks list as requested.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service that anticipates individual guest needs.
  • Take food and beverage orders from guests and ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare and set tables for the next guests, maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
  • Ensure the food service area is left clean and tidy once guests have left.
  • Adhere to food hygiene and food safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong team member with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven commercial acumen through previous roles.
  • Fluent in English - spoken and written.
