Job Title: Director of College

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified individual to join our team as a Director of College. As a key member of our academic leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our foundation programmes, ensuring that our students receive a high-quality education that prepares them for their future careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the development and delivery of our foundation programmes
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of academic staff
  • Develop and implement academic policies and procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate programme performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless student experience

Requirements:

  • Relevant BA and postgraduate qualification or equivalent professional experience
  • PhD or Higher level research degree
  • Proven track record of academic leadership and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
