Eye Care Trainee Position

We are excited to offer an exciting opportunity for an Optical Assistant Trainee to join our Specsavers team. As a key member of our retail support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and playing a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcoming customers into store and providing a warm and welcoming environment
- Booking in eye tests and pre-screening patients to ensure accurate and efficient care
- Providing style advice and assisting with frame measurements to help customers find their perfect pair
- Taking phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Previous experience in a retail or optical environment is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of optics and eye care procedures is preferred but not essential
- Competitive salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
