Starbucks Shift Supervisor Role

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Shift Supervisor to join our team at EG Group. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our Starbucks store, leading and engaging the team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the store in the absence of the Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and improve profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
