Starbucks Shift Supervisor Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead and inspire our team at our Starbucks Store in Montrose. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a key part in ensuring the team is operating smoothly, promoting sales, and increasing profitability while making sure our customers leave feeling satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store when the Manager is not around, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and engage the team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Get involved with making beverages, store cleanliness, and serving our loyal customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Supervisory experience is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Experience within hospitality / retail and a willingness to step into a managerial role is highly valued.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the team and lead by example.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work late nights and closing shifts.
