Job Title: Senior Drylining Estimator

About the Role:
Our client, a specialist subcontractor within drylining and ceiling fit out, is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team. With a strong track record of working with tier one main contractors, including Laing O'Rourke, Kier, Walter Lilly, and Balfour Beatty, this is an excellent opportunity to work on projects ranging in value from £500K to £10M.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for pricing projects using first principles, building rates from scratch, and utilizing on-screen take-off for measuring projects. You will also be expected to use Conquest to price the work. This is a hybrid role, with three days spent in the office and two working from home. Our client offers a competitive package, including all travel expenses, a 10% bonus at Christmas, and a pension scheme.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of drywall construction and be able to work independently. You will also need to be proficient in using Conquest and have excellent communication skills.
