Renal Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Diaverum's Ipswich clinic. As a renal nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our multidisciplinary team.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and oversee care plans for renal patients, ensuring their individual needs are met and their quality of life is improved.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver safe and effective care, adhering to Diaverum's procedures and protocols.
- Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
- Review pre and post-haemodialysis care with patients, providing education and support to promote optimal outcomes.
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet the needs of patients and the team.
