Job Description:

As a Personal Trainer at Nuffield Health Brentwood, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with members to help them achieve their fitness objectives. Your role will involve:

  • Delivering high-quality personal training sessions and consultations.
  • Conducting inductions, creating personalized programs, and leading group classes.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and supporting the growth of our membership base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and deliver effective personal training plans tailored to individual needs and goals.
  • To communicate effectively with members, ensuring they understand their fitness goals and receive the necessary support.
  • To collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of our services and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., exercise science, sports management) or equivalent experience.
  • Current REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage members.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of up to £39,108.16 OTE, based on 40 hours a week, with opportunities to increase earnings as your client base grows.
