Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with an active PIN
• Minimum two years' clinical nursing experience, including community or hospital settings
• Management of clinical risk management and individualized care planning

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivated
• Valid UK driving license and access to a car (highly desirable)
