Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Support Worker to join our team at Enviva Complex Care in Norwich. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to adults with various learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health difficulties, autism, acquired brain injury, sensory impairment, dementia, drug and/or alcohol problems, and companionship.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
- Support social activities, including leisure pursuits and community engagement
- Promote independence, encourage support, and provide companionship to individuals
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans

Requirements

- No specific qualifications are required, but a passion for supporting independence and improving lives is essential
- Ability to drive and access own vehicle due to location

Salary and Benefits

- Competitive salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Holiday entitlement accrued depending on hours worked
