About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Year 4 teacher to join our team at Wayman Group. As a Year 4 teacher, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students
- Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress
- Contribute to the development of a positive and respectful school culture
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong academic record
- Proven experience in teaching Year 4 students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Passion for teaching and learning
