Atlas Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a skilled Electronics Apprenticeship Coach to join our team. As an Electronics Apprenticeship Coach, you will work with various multi-functional teams to visit learners within their workplace, utilizing your vocational experience and knowledge in electronics engineering to deliver learning, coach, and assess them to achieve their apprenticeship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver learning and coaching to learners in electronics engineering
  • Assess and support learners to achieve their apprenticeship
  • Work with various multi-functional teams to achieve common goals

Requirements:

  • Relevant industry-related qualification (minimum of level 3)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an appropriate industry environment
  • Demonstrates a high level of organisational skills

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an Army/Defence environment
  • Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement/Education & Training
